NAVETTA 50
The big sister of Navetta 30 and 38, Navetta 50 brings together all the essential design principles for the challenging yet highly rewarding world of nautical projects. The aspiration was to craft a lighting project consistent with the designers’ vision and technically flawless in execution, intentionally woven into the interior design.
To achieve this, we aimed to design a subtle, soft, functional light that allows the marine surroundings to take center stage from every vantage point. This required carefully studying the most critical aspects: strategically incorporating highly shielded products into the layout for seamless integration and to avoid unwelcome reflections in the glass during nighttime hours or visibility issues during navigation. This often means getting down to the very essence: pursuing discreet, refined solutions that don’t flood spaces with light, but rather work in focused, precise layers, each with a specific purpose and functioning both as part of the whole and independently.
In yachting, such attention to detail is imperative: spaces are more confined, and every installation detail is highly visible, making the contribution of a dedicated lighting designer an advantage for a successful outcome.
The result is an interplay of light that enhances the onboard experience without imposing itself, subtle, sophisticated, and perfectly harmonized with the yacht’s interior and the sea beyond.
