LUXURY JEWELLERY BOUTIQUE

The collaboration between Metis lighting and this important Luxury Jewellery Brand started with a case study of the Moscow Boutique. Due to the successful result, Metis lighting concept was applied on further boutiques Worldwide.
The Moscow boutique had particular vaulted ceilings that had to be maintained intact, making the suspension of the lighting fixture the only choice. In order to have the necessary illuminance levels for properly illuminating the underlying counters, a custom lighting fixture was developed.
This suspension integrates high performance downlights together with a diffuse linear lighting fixture.
High colour rendering and the properly selected colour temperature dedicated to each different kind of materials and tones were the basic criteria for selecting the necessary LED fittings.
Introducing one single light fixture for serving multiple lighting tasks is always a demanding riddle for a lighting designer and this case was a successful example.
Millwork integrated lighting fixtures completed the ligth scene, while on the First Floor several false ceiling areas permitted also the use of the common ceiling recessed adjustable light fittings.
