In the VIP area, Reception and waiting spaces got characterized by a ‘’floating’’ a seemingly light suspension which in fact was a very sophisticated construction. It is composed by a flat carbon-fiber panel for reducing the weight, with very shielded spotlights mounted in them. The result was a ‘’floating’’ element  – effect which is enhanced by the significant height of the space – with important performance in terms of lighting underneath. The finishing was also determined by the colour palette of the VIP area, rather monochromatic, playing with the shades and saturation.

This suspension was also used in a smaller scale, in other areas of the airport.
