Short description of the role:
We’re looking for a Bid and Tender Specialist who will manage and take active part in the whole bidding process, beginning to end, supporting the Executive team and the designers in focus priorities and most relevant thematics. Exceptional communication skills are highly evaluated as well as the ability to follow multiple challenges in usually tight timings.
Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
Her/His main responsibilities are:
– Manage the tender process, starting from the full documentation to the presentation of the offer, in English.
– Maintain and nurture solid relationships with existing clients.
– Track regularly the evolution of the process, answering to eventual doubts or additional information.
– Assure each tender is in line with legal, technical and qualities standards.
– Professional experience in bidding process or similar role in the Architecture/Design field.
– Strong knowledge of the biddings processes and most common peculiarities.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
– Ability to follow multiple projects without leaving any detail behind.
